Previous experience at AZ Capital in acquisition, divestment, IPO and financial restructuring transactions with an average size of c.€500MM. Previously, at Intelectium, he participated in over 50 fundraising projects for technology companies.
Graduate and Master’s in Business Administration from ESADE, with a specialization in Finance from Boston College.
